This document is a draft. Before the site goes live on the main domain it must be reviewed by a lawyer and the bracketed details filled in.
Who processes your data
The data controller is [TO BE COMPLETED: name, registered address, company number]. For privacy matters, write to [TO BE COMPLETED: contact e-mail].
What the site stores on your device
The site contains no analytics or advertising scripts and does not track your behaviour. It stores only what it needs to work: your chosen language, so you do not have to set it again, and an authentication cookie when signing in to the admin area. No consent is required for these strictly necessary items.
Archive registration
If you unlock older shows, we store your e-mail address, the date of registration and your last sign-in. The purpose is to give you access to the archive, on the basis of providing the service you asked for.
Newsletter
Consent to receive news is separate from registration — the archive opens for you either way. You can withdraw consent at any time via the link in every message.
How long we keep it
We keep your e-mail address until you cancel your registration, then delete it within 30 days. Records of withdrawn newsletter consent are kept for [TO BE COMPLETED: typically 3 years] as evidence that it was honoured.
Who we share it with
Data is stored on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, within the European Union. We do not share it with anyone else and do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
